TA2 pure titanium is a non alloyed medium strength titanium material. Good weldability and corrosion resistance are its notable characteristics.


TC4 titanium alloy (Ti-6AL-4V) is an alloy titanium product that contains 6% aluminum and 4% vanadium; It is a medium strength titanium alloy. This titanium grade is mainly used for fuselage and turbine engine parts; And used for surgical implants.


TA9 (titanium palladium alloy) (Ti-0.2Pd) has excellent corrosion resistance in oxidizing media. It also has certain corrosion resistance to reducing media, especially improving its resistance to crevice corrosion in high chloride ion concentration media.


TA10 (Titanium Molybdenum Nickel Alloy) (Ti-0.3Mo-0.8Ni) is a titanium alloy that is resistant to crevice corrosion. The tensile strength of this alloy is twice that of pure titanium at 300, and its resistance to corrosion in reducing media is significantly improved. It does not undergo crevice corrosion in chlorides ranging from 150 to 200.


Compared with Ti6Al4V, TA15 (Ti-6.5 Al-1Mo-1V-2Zr) has higher room and high temperature strength, fracture toughness, fatigue limit, stress resistance, corrosion resistance, and welding performance.
